Pluto Enters Aquarius 01-21-24
Sunday, 01-21-24 will usher in some intensity (if ya haven’t already felt it culminating) as the Sun and Pluto move into Aquarius.
Pluto hasn’t been in Aquarius since the end of the 1700’s right around the time of both the French and American Revolutions.
Now, instead of the focus being on the decay in our institutions - our government, financial, educational and health care institutions, as well as power to the few, (as was the case when Pluto was in Capricorn 2008-2024), Pluto in Aquarius will unearth social decay.
We will still be cleaning up the Capricorn remnants (as Pluto revisits Capricorn for the final time September 1 to November 19, 2024), but the focus will be moving towards a self regulating society. No more looking to leaders for a cure to our social dilemmas, but at ourselves. However, remember if we truly seek a pure Power to the People mission statement for ourselves that means you don’t always get what you want - WE get what WE want. And In the words of Larry David - “A good compromise is when both parties are dissatisfied.”
I believe some of the recent Supreme Court decisions (affirmative action, public accommodation rights, etc., (which were decided right as Pluto ended its visit to Aquarius in the summer of 2023) may resurface.

Possible increase in tornadic activity - During the month of March 2023 (same month of Pluto’s first dip into Aquarius) there were 206 confirmed tornado reports. This was 250 percent of the 1991-2010 average of 80 tornadoes for the month of March.
Industries focused on connecting people rather than producing tangible goods will see an upswing, in line with Aquarius' emphasis on humanitarianism and governance over the circulatory system. Pluto's transformative influence will have a significant impact on the B2C sector of business.
But in Aquarius we are also asked to be our authentic self and this is where we will be challenged too. Don’t be different to be different. Don’t follow trends. Just be you! To paraphrase something I read on Astro Butterfly a few years back but seemed so poignant it stuck with me:
Dressing like Liberace is only cool if you are Liberace!
To get an idea about how this will impact you. Think about what you were experiencing March 2023 to June 2023, when Pluto first visited Aquarius.
November 19, 2024, to March 8, 2043 (the next 19 years) will be transformative for us as a society and as a race - the human race!
